Jae Hyeong Cho

Jae Hyeong Cho graduated from Kyung Hee University with a Bachelor’s degree. In 2018 he performed as a soloist with the Kyung Hee University Symphony Orchestra. He attended a masterclass with Aviram Reichert. In 2020 he started his Master studies at the Hochschule für Musik Carl Maria von Weber Dresden with Professor Pia Kaiser. He took part in the 29th Épinal International Piano Competition in France (second round). He won the 4th prize at the 49th Nanpa Music Competition (2017), as well as the 2nd prize at the Małopolska International Music Competition (2022) and the 1st prize at the International Artists Competition (2023). He took part in the 8th Virtuoso & Belcanto Festival in Lucca (Italy). In 2023 he performed as a soloist with the Rutesheim Kammerorchester. Among his recitals are those at the Landesmuseum Württemberg (in 2023 at Musikpause and in 2024 at Lange Nacht der Museen). He is currently studying Konzertexamen at the Hochschule für Musik und Darstellende Kunst Stuttgart with Professor Péter Nagy.
