Violinist Anna Lee made her debut with the Singapore Symphony Orchestra at the age of 6, performing Paganini’s Violin Concerto No. 1. Notable chamber music collaborations include Mitsuko Uchida, Gary Hoffman and Emanuel Ax. Anna Lee has also performed with the New York Philharmonic, the hr-Sinfonieorchester Frankfurt and the Belgian National Orchestra, and won top prizes at the 2022 Ysaÿe International Music Competition, the 2019 Montréal International Music Competition and the 2018 International Competition of Indianapolis.
She studied with Ana Chumachenco, Donald Weilerstein, Miriam Fried, Ani Kavafian, Cho-Liang Lin and Masao Kawasaki at Kronberg Academy, Harvard College, Yale School of Music and The Juilliard School. Currently she is artist in residence at the Queen Elisabeth Music Chapel under the guidance of Augustin Dumay.
