The piano jury has announced the 6 semifinalists of the Enescu Competition!
We are thrilled to announce the 6 semifinalists for the Piano Division of the George Enescu International Competition 2024! After breathtaking performances and fierce competition, these talented musicians have made it to the semifinals:
- Evgeny Konnov – Russia
- Roman Lopatynskyi – Ukraine
- Yangrui Cai – China
- Keiichiro Ikebe – Japan
- Tatiana Dorokhova – Russia
- Boyang Wu – China

The Semifinals:
We offer free access to all the preliminary rounds of all the instrumental sections of the competition, which will take place at the National University of Music in Bucharest between September 1 and 18, 2024, and to their semifinals, which will take place at the Romanian Athenaeum on September 8 (cello), September 14 (violin) and September 20 (piano), no prior registration required.
