Sarah Moser

Sarah Moser was born in 2000 in Salzburg. She started playing the cello at the age of 7. Her first teacher was Barbara Lübke-Herzl in Salzburg. At the age of 15 she was accepted into the class of Professor Wen-Sinn Yang in Munich and studied with him until 2022. From 2022 to 2023 she studied in Lübeck with Troels Svane. Since October 2023 she has been studying with Julian Steckel in Munich.
She has performed several times as a soloist with the Philharmonie Salzburg and the Bad Reichenhaller Philharmonic. She has performed at the Großes Festspielhaus Salzburg, the Felsenreitschule Salzburg and the Bruckner Haus Linz.
From 2022 to 2024 she was a member of the Hermann-Levi-Akademie of the Bayerische Staatsoper in Munich. She also played concerts as a substitute with the Bayerische Kammerphilharmonie. With her piano trio Mosertrio she has performed at many festivals in Austria, Germany and Switzerland.
She took chamber music lessons with Hatto Beyerle, Biliana Tzinlikova, Werner Bärtschi and Màrta Gulàs.
