Sandro Gegechkori

Sandro Gegechkori, born in Georgia in 2000, is one of the most outstanding representatives of the young generation of Georgian pianists. International recognition and success came to him at an early age, firmly establishing him on the world stage of classical music. Sandro Gegechkori is the winner of several international competitions such as Maria Canals International Music Competition (1st prize, 2021), International Feurich Competition for Piano (Grand Prix, 2018), Arno Babajanyan International Piano Competition (1st prize, 2015). At the beginning of 2022, Sandro Gegechkori became an artist of the WFIMC (World Federation of International Music Competitions). He frequently gives solo piano recitals in various concert halls, such as Het Concertgebouw, Palau de la Música Catalana, Mozarthaus Vienna. Sandro is currently studying at The Juilliard School, enhancing his artistic skills under professor Julian Martin.
