Ruiyi Wang

Ruiyi Wang was born in 2002 and studied with Professor Huang Chenxing, a famous violinist and pedagogue. He has given solo concerts in ShenZhen Concert Hall, Zhuhai Grand Theatre, Menuhin Hall, Heluting Concert Hall, Qingdao Music Hall, Shanghai Poly Grand Theatre and other places. He has won many prizes, including 1st prize in the 3rd Qingdao National Concerto Competition in 2022, 1st prize in the Khachaturian International Competition China division in 2023, 1st prize in the professional youth group of the 14th Hong Kong International Young Musician Competition in 2024, 2nd prize in the International Competition for Young Musicians Symphony of Yamal, 3rd prize in group D of the Andrea Postacchini International Violin Competition. He was invited to participate in the opening concert of the 39th Shanghai Spring International Music Festival, and collaborated as a soloist with the Shanghai Symphony Orchestra, Shanghai Philharmonic Orchestra and the Russian National Orchestra. He was also invited to participate in the opening concert of the South Taihu International Music Festival as a soloist, the Moscow Summer Festival Concert.
