Jaehyun Kim was born in 1999 in Seoul, Republic of Korea. He studied cello at the Korea National University of Arts, with Professors Kangho Lee and Tsuyoshi Tsutsumi. After completing two years of military service in 2021, he graduated early in 2023 with a Bachelor’s degree in three years.
Since autumn 2023, he has been studying for a Master’s degree with Professor Enrico Bronzi at the Mozarteum University in Salzburg.
