Hee Jun Han

Hee Jun Han is one of Korea’s rising pianists who has won numerous prizes in competitions around the world, including 1st prize at the Marbella International Music and Piano Competition, the Franz Liszt Center International Piano Competition and the Grand Prize Virtuoso International Music Competition. She was a laureate of the Hilton Head International Piano Competition, the Troisdorf International Piano Competition, the Maria Canals International Music Competition and the Missouri Southern International Piano Competition. She has given recitals at prestigious venues such as Brucknerhaus, Seoul Arts Center, Kumho Art Hall Yonsei, Pyeongchang Hall, Oratorio di Santa Caterina and Teatro Marbella. She has also performed with Prime Orchestra, Gunpo Prime Philharmonic Orchestra, Yewon Orchestra, and has been invited to Festival im Dialog Salzburg, Szent Gellért Fesztivál, Nanpa Music Festival, and Matinée Festival. She received her Master’s degree from the Mozarteum University Salzburg with Professor Jacques Rouvier, her Konzertexamen from the Hochschule für Musik Detmold with Professor Alfredo Perl, her Konzertexamen from the Musikhochschule Münster with Professor Arnulf von Arnim and her Meisterklassenexamen from the Hochschule für Musik und Theater Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy Leipzig with Professor Gerald Fauth.
