Seungyeon Baik is currently studying at the Universität der Künste Berlin with Professor Jens Peter Maintz. She won 1st prize at the David Popper International Cello Competition and 2nd prize at the Vienna Classic Strings International Competition. She was selected as a member of the Academy of the NDR Elbphilharmonie Orchestra and the Villa Musica Summer Academy.
