Yenah Sung

SOUTH KOREA

Born in South Korea, Yenah Sung began her studies at the Seoul National University in Korea, where she has been a senior student of Min-Ji Kim since 2021. During her studies, she performed at the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire in the United Kingdom and the Saint Petersburg Conservatory in Russia as a member of her high school’s (Seoul Arts High School) representative piano quintet in 2019. In 2020, she won 1st prize at the Antonio Janigro International Cello Competition in Croatia. She has won 1st prize in several competitions in Korea, including the JoongAng Music Concours in 2023. She has performed as a soloist with the Seongnam Philharmonic Orchestra and the New World Symphony Orchestra. She made her debut at the Kumho Prodigy Concert in Korea in 2017, and will perform at the Kumho Young Artist Concert in June next year (2025).
