Youngjoo Lee

Youngjoo Lee started playing the violin at the age of 5 and graduated from Yewon School and Seoul Arts High School before receiving her Bachelor’s degree from Seoul National University. She is currently studying for a Master’s degree in Drama and Media at the Hochschule für Musik, Theater und Medien Hannover. Youngjoo Lee has won 1st prize in contests such as the Strad Competition or the Korea Young Artist Music Competition, as well as many others, including the World Times Competition, the Yejin National Music Competition, the Spring Festival Music Competition, the Yewon National Music Competition, the Korea Daily Competition and the CBS Mornings Mixtape Music Competition. She has also participated in music festivals such as Kronberg Academy, Forum Artium, Sommercampus an der HMT Rostock, Internationale Konzertarbeitswochen Goslar, and Sangrok Summer Music Camp, and attended master classes with Mi-Kyung Lee, Vadim Gluzman, Kyung Sun Lee, Paolo Pandolfo.
